by using photoshop or photoIt to change the lighting, brightness/contrast, etc. after you upload it on the computer

I always find that when I take something hot out from the microwave, no matter how I hold it (with oven gloves) I always burn my hands on the steam or get the oven gloves covered in whatever I am cooking.
